Lasagna

Make Sauce:

  1. Pan fry 1 lb ground beef with 5 cloves garlic and one diced onion. stir in cut bell peppers.
  2. Add salt, grounded black pepper, sugar and Italian seasonings.
  3. Add in tomato sauce, tomato paste, and crushed tomatoes.
  4. simmer for at least half an hour minutes

Prepare Lasagna Pasta:

Soak in hot boiling water for 15-30 min then drain them. Do the math for your lasagna bake pan.

Assemble:

layer of base sauce on bottom, pasta, 15 oz whole-milk ricotta cheese, 8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, base sauce, pasta, 4oz freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.

Bake:

preheat oven to 375 degree, foil cover lasagna and bake for 30 min, remove foil and bake for another 10min.
